Booty Burn'n Glute Circuit

This is some of the stuff we do at Ultimate Body Solutions. Great booty exercises you must done in at least 1 hr. Keeping tension in the glutes and engaging the core to power through. Don't cheat yourself!

Foam roll and properly warm up 1st. Do each exercise seen in this video-1 CIRCUIT 4x's 

1)Kettle Bell Elevated Sumo Squat With Reverse Box Jumps and end with an RDL  20reps 4sets

2)TRX- Suspended Hip Bridges 20 reps 4 sets

3)TRX- Suspended Alternating single leg curls 20 reps each leg 4 sets

4) Hip Extensions with medicine ball 20 reps 4 sets

Make sure you properly stretch & hydrate+supplements afterwards!
