Creating meal plans, food prepping can be time consuming, which becomes a reason your not being consistent with your healthy eating habits. Thats why I developed this specialized service to empower those who are needing some help in the kitchen.
Growing up, my parents loved food and people. This gave me the oppurtunity to be taught by some of the most talented women from around the world. Being in the kitchen since I was 6, I was taught how to cook authentic dishes, making my aunties proud. Food has been an important part of my life and combining that with my dedicated fitness life, it made me get creative and put my own twist on dishes I grew up with. Fresh herbs and ingredients, spices from around the world and applications of culinary technique took the food to another level.
The problem is many believe eating healthy has to be boring and bland, but thats not true. Who ever says that or thinks that, stop it! If you look around, there is a world full of cultures that have been cooking healthy, flavorful food for generations. If you haven’t experienced mouth watering food thats healthy, explore multi-cultured food. Its good to try new things, you might surprise yourslef and become a healthy foodie as myself.
