I started working out with Drea when I was a couple months pregnant with my last child, and I loved her energy and her style of training! I felt like the specific exercises she was instructing me to do was perfect for prepping me to a successful delivery while strengthening my muscles and building my endurance! She’s made the whole experience so much fun and enjoyable (lol who knew exercising while pregnant would be enjoyable). She will definitely inspire you if you let her and is an expert of her craft! I have been training with Drea for several months now and I highly recommend her! I came to her because I wanted to transition from everyday cardio that I was doing on my own to weight lifting. I had no idea about form and didn’t want to injure myself. She has been so helpful and motivating. When I came to her I was dealing with some joint pain and she has helped me through it, listening to my body and adjusting as needed. Our workouts are always varied and keep me motivated. She is personable and sincerely cares about her clients. I am new to the area and feel lucky that I was able to connect with the right trainer!

I’ve been working out with Andrea for a couple months now, and she is absolutely amazing! She’s there for you every step of the way, cheering you on, encouraging you when you feel like giving up. She takes time to get to know you and your goals. Andrea very supportive, upbeat and real with you, it makes for a great experience with every work out. Andrea is the real deal. A mother of 5, she’s got the experience and dedication to know how to get you pain free and in the best shape of your life. She helped me on so many levels it’s hard to put into words. For me, it was refreshing to have someone who’s a mom, works, and takes care of herself. No excuses with Andrea. You’re not too old, too busy, too far gone to get it back. She is tough but patient. Good results don’t happen over night. She helped me believe in myself and she turned my fear into strength. As I got in shape, I became more confident and my stress of managing my family became easier. I lost 35 lbs over the course of 5 months and gained a truly amazing friend. I learned how to incorporate exercises and stretches at home. And then every workout with Andrea was custom. She made me do sprints with my baby stroller and then hit the ropes. Would I do that on my own? No way! Was it an amazing workout, yes. And my toddler was laughing and having fun.
